Recycling is the vision, not garbage incineration

Take Action: Say Yes to a Vision of Zero Waste and No to Burning Recyclable Materials

It is not too late for Metro Vancouver to cancel their waste incineration plan.

If enough people stand up and demand that this decision be revisited, Metro Vancouver will be forced to act. They can proceed with a long-term plan that gets us to zero waste and does not include the need to build an incinerator.

Other cities around the world are avoiding the need to burn their garbage, by increasing recycling efforts and decreasing industrial and consumer waste. You can learn more about what other cities are doing by clicking here.

Take action and add your name to our petition telling Metro Vancouver that we want zero waste, not waste incineration.
